I have been involved in the helping profession since 1984. I have assisted others in overcoming issues such as depression, anxiety and traumatic stress. I believe that each person is already whole and has a unique path leading to this realization. I'm honored to be a part of others' movement toward increased awareness and joy.

I have a B.A. in Music Therapy from Montclair State University and an MSW from Fresno State University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Montana (757-LCSW) and certified in Clinical Hypnotherapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I have been practicing Meditation since 1994 as a part of my own personal growth.
